Jo's colourful walls are filled with auction finds and art by her friends; UK

Last year artist Jo Oakley swapped a compact converted coach house in south east London for a five bedroom Edwardian house in Herne Bay. Colour plays a big role in Jo's work, which carries through to the decorative scheme in the house - from plaster pink in the kitchen to sea green in her bedroom. She uses two of the bedrooms as studios, one for printmaking, the other for painting.
