Martin & Sharon teamed up with friends to build a modern seaside getaway; UK

Martin and Sharon have replaced a ramshackle bungalow with a pair of contemporary semi-detached beachside homes for themselves and their friends. The process has not been without its challenges, among them having to rethink the interiors to make them more cost-effective. The result is a modern getaway that feels close to nature.
